The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures invites applications for a full-time one-year term faculty position to begin in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach a variety of French language and culture courses at different levels and possibly courses in the First Year Program, a shared learning experience in the Liberal Arts. Native or near-native fluency in French and English is required. Required Skills: A Ph.D. in French is preferred. ABD and MA candidates will be considered. Candidates should demonstrate scholarly research and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level.
Required Experience: Teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
