La thématique du voyage parcourt les sciences humaines et sociales, les lettres et les langues depuis très longtemps. Il est intéressant néanmoins de constater que les approches peuvent parfois se révéler complémentaires et/ou contradictoires, en fonction des angles privilégiés par les chercheurs. De sorte que cette thématique, qui est fondamentalement interdisciplinaire et internationale, suppose des réflexions d’ordre épistémologique, conceptuel et thématique.
Dans le cadre d’une collaboration entre l’Université de Vérone et Sorbonne Université, nous organisons un colloque international en deux volets. L’appel ci-dessous concerne la journée d’études qui aura lieu le 14 février 2020 à Sorbonne Université.

2020 Call for Papers
The twenty-second biennial New College Conference on Medieval and Renaissance Studies will take place 12–14 March 2020 in Sarasota, Florida. The program committee invites 250-word abstracts of proposed twenty-minute papers on topics in European and Mediterranean history, literature, art, music and religion from the fourth to the seventeenth centuries. Interdisciplinary work is particularly appropriate to the conference’s broad historical and disciplinary scope. Planned sessions are also welcome.
